Our workroom is made up of three outstanding and very talented women. Lena Combs, Geneva Roark and Brenda Patrick. They have been in the business much longer than we have owned the business. Not only do they provide the skills needed to make window treatments and bedding, they provide a great work atmosphere. The other partners in the team are owners Jim and Connie Goff. Connie is the President of the company and manages the workroom. She is the creative genius that can think outside of the box, which she has to do very often. We are asked to put fabric in some very interesting spaces. I would go out on a limb and say that we have done jobs that other workrooms would have shaken their heads at and said "can't be done!" Anytime that I am in that situation, I take the measurements back to Connie and say "What are we going to do with this?" She comes up with a way! Jim is our bookkeeper and installer extraordinaire. He pays the bills, writes the checks and pulls out the drill to hang the drapes and valances. He does this all in his spare time, because in his other life he is a history professor! I, Kacy Lingle, am the one who usually works with the designers and clients to figure out what they want. I measure and make work orders. After the product is finished I go with Jim, my dad, to install everything. We work hard on installation days, but also try to have some fun. I was recently named Vice President, which makes me feel very important. The newest team member is Joey Cisco. He is our manager and makes sure everyone is doing their job. Here are some pictures of our crew. These were taken on Halloween a couple of years ago. We don't ALWAYS dress up like bees...just sometimes :).
